Top factor / motivation is prob is #money, not even #race / #religion.
So I'm not denying the process is not major in the cleansing, but the over-arching factor / motive is getting money and I think this is merely a kind of #financial #fascism / #racism / #ultimatum just to get more money / cash / #realestate... bully people.
