A productive first day at #MSC2026. I had extensive meetings on embedding #HumanRights into the heart of #Ukraine’s peace pathways.
Heartened by the growing recognition that conflict resolution and European #security can only succeed when human dignity and the "human dimension" are at the centre of all our efforts.

The only comment I have on the Rubio speech is that I don’t want to spend too much time on the Rubio speech.
