@Bellingcat not sure if this is in response to me asking about #teargas used by #DHS, but you did not address my core question: is #HC ( #Hexachloroethane) a #chemicalweapon as per international convention?

The Wellcome Trust & Forensic Architecture who are not #information amateurs state that it is. Not only that, but that it "is a suspected human carcinogen that inhibits functions of the central nervous system" directly contradicting your claim it's "just" toxic.
