I see a lot of people impressed by the wrong things: money, big titles, and boastful claims. Those are just projections. They tell you nothing about a person's actual worth!
If you want a stable, strong life, you must look for Inner Integrity. It's the only metric that matters.
How do you check for it? It’s simple:
1. How someone treats people who can’t do anything for them. Kindness is not a strategy; it's a system requirement
2. What they do when nobody’s watching. Integrity means maintaining your code even when no one is checking
3. How they handle failure. Resilience proves their system can absorb pressure without projecting low energy onto others
Kindness is harder than confidence. Humility is a rarer, more valuable skill than ambition. Be impressed only by demonstrated integrity. This is the definition of Self-Respect.
