Does anyone playing #Hytale have kids? Do I have to buy a separate game for each account like Minecraft Java, or can I buy one and have them create accounts on a single install like Minecraft Bedrock?

I am enjoying Hytale. The main thing I'm looking for in a block-based survival crafting game is: not being owned by Microsoft. Hytale does a great job at not being owned by Microsoft.

I want a game that feels like I can go on an adventure or stay at home, where I assemble everything out of equal-sized blocks that I collected. I like building, exploring, and farming, and don't want a lot of forced gameplay experiences. Hytale feels like a good platform for this so far.

Hytale hat mich gestern trotz Müdigkeit wach gehalten. Für ein early access Game ne richtig gute erste Erfahrung gewesen. Schöne Zeit wenn noch niemand nen Plan hat. Da hat Erkundung und Erfahrung sammeln einen ganz anderen Stellenwert. #hytale

I'm playing Hytale! It feels like I'm a Playmobil figure compared to Minecraft's Lego. I can jump a bit higher and have a bit more arm.

It's pretty fun so far. I've been chased by a bear a few times, punched trees, and made several crafting benches 💅

So far, it looks like uncanny #Minecraft with the graphics from Hydroneer and Torchlight 2, with a thesis of "this is what Minecraft would be if it were made today."

I don't think it's an improvement overall, but I do feel compelled to play it and find out.

I have the launcher installed and ready to go on my #SteamDeck . I am cautiously optimistic. Now to get the game art in the Steam Launcher and take a stab at key mapping. #gamingonlinux
