"Blacklock's Reporter says Mohammed Hashim, CEO of the taxpayer-funded #Canadian #RaceRelations Foundation, told the #Senate #humanrights committee that criminals targeting #Jewish institutions are deliberately sending a message meant to intimidate the community.
