It's an Insta360 "tiny planet" view video, so the perspective is all distorted and trippy to begin with... but then it's a night time view as a group of cyclists ride along a city street, lined with cars and bars and restaurants. There's a large white and blue flappy apparition dominating the frame, dancing to the music
