But as we stated before we are gonna need serious help for our migration process. This is also our survival fund and we have nearly depleted our savings.
*Original post*: My partner and I are finally getting married. Its been a long, expensive journey navigating the U.S. immigration system and finally deciding we are safer getting married in my home country, Honduras. There will be no recovery of all the time and money we have lost due to that antagonistic, anti-immigrant country where I would most likely be facing persecution right now. Still even as we continue our process here, we find ourselves nearly depleted of funds. We have a long way to go before we can settle down and not be separated again. Please help us achieve our goals so we can stay on this path together. We are urgently in need of funds so my partner can apply for residency in Honduras and avoid going back to the U.S. There are so many obstacles that stand in our way but with the help of our online community we know we can make it.
