Post 3/3:
Your skin is your largest organ. It absorbs everything you put on it.

Swimming nude eliminates chemical exposure while maximizing health benefits.

This isn't about being "naughty." It's about being HEALTHY.

When did prioritizing your body's wellness become controversial?

Normalize nonsexual nudity as a health practice.

Post 2/3:
But here's what nobody talks about:

What's IN your swimsuit.

Conventional swimwear contains:
* Formaldehyde, aromatic amines and trace elements that can migrate from clothes and enter in contact with the skin, causing dermatitis, allergies and, microflora alterations

* Azobenzene disperse dyes, which are commonly used to dye synthetics, are known skin sensitizers

* "Forever chemicals" like PFAS in quick-dry finishes, which can contaminate the water and cause serious health problems

* PFAS have been linked to cancer (kidney and testicular), hormone disruption, liver and thyroid problems, immune system suppression, reproductive harm

When swimsuits get wet, those chemicals can more easily be absorbed into our skin and bloodstream, potentially leading to endocrine disruption, reproductive issues, and even cancer
