• taken investigative steps
• ordered the company to retain internal documents.
X now has to fix its AI tool in the EU - and they have to do it quickly.
If not, we will not hesitate to take additional measures under the DSA.

Meanwhile, the EU members, EU agencies, most politicians, most public sector entities, almost all businesses, remain on the platform with no sanctions or plan to change.
Alongside rape culture, CSAM, sexist, political and medical disinformation, and fascist content.
The profits thereof directly support the machinery and oligarchs that *checks notes* actively threaten the territorial integrity of an EU member.
