I haven't been in the Fediverse very long, but as a disabled guy who has trouble with brain fog and also pain and stiffness in my fingers, I really appreciate the edit button here on Mastodon. Accessibility makes such a difference.

Hey y'all, I started @AltAfterDark, inspired by the wonderful @alttexthalloffame! The goal is to encourage good alt-text on NSFW image posts, as well as showcase shining examples of spicy alt-text and accessible content.
Why? Because #AccessibilityIsHotAF, that's why.
What are our goals?
- Promote quality adult content that focuses on consent, community, and accessibility (great alt-text, proper CWs & hashtags) ❤️🔥
- Reduce the prevalence of porn-bot and repost accounts that post without subject consent, without alt-text or CWs, engage in hashtag spam, and lower the safety / enjoyment of folx on Fedi 🚫
- Engage positively with the community and generally be wholesome-ish 😉
How will we do it?
- With well-vetted human volunteers.
- By leading by example.
- With the help if the community.
What do we need?
- People to make nominations and submissions for content.
- More visibility.
- More contacts with varied NSFW tastes.

I was thinking of up to 7 themed hashtags for daily games (or a few that cycle and a couple wildcard slots to keep things interesting).
I like the idea of OC photo submissions, we pick a few, the community writes alt-text for them, OC owners pick winner for their photo.
Perhaps adult authors write short, spicy stories, then we take photo submissions that work with the text.
Theme days for things like: gone wild, artsy, unusual, kinks, etc.
