Well that's another tour operator ( #Heidi #Ski) on my "never deal with them again" list (which already had #Crystal on it). Booked a holiday, at the time of booking I put " #GlutenFree meals required" in the special requests. They now inform me that the hotel can't provide gluten free meals, but that the flights are non-refundable so cancelling isn't really an option. They point to their T&Cs that basically say bookings are not conditional on them being able to meet dietary requirements. #Coeliac
