🐶 Joy, Food, and Gratitude
1. New Neighbour: Pure joy ran into me today! Met Biscuit 🐩 and her human, my new neighbours.
2. OMAD & Nourishment: Fueled up with homemade okra, roasted shrimp, green peas for dinner, plus a delicious lentil/split pea soup mix (thanks, BFF! 🎁). It was part of a 3-pack ready-to-make soup xmas gift I received!
3. Body Electric : TENS massage erased yesterday's knot! Shoulders and back are clear. Ready for cupping therapy tomorrow. Working on getting my hips and spine back to perfect alignment. 🧘♀️
My favourite gift isn't the pile of unopened presents waiting for New Year's Day; it's always pure Presence. Pictured here are #FediCollective folx who joined me today! Most stayed for 2 hours, the rest stayed for 3 chatting about dev, design, startups, marketing, the Open Web and what we are grateful for 💚
I ate turmeric rice with mung beans i sprouted at home mixed with fresh onion, cilantro, lemon juice on a mackerel i got from the store today.
As much as i plan to fast, my body says “hey girl, u just went thru lotsa emotional processing from the physical treatments you got on Monday.”
Heck, i cried most of Tuesday from the physical discomfort then emotion unblocked after the session. The healer warned me this could happen and it did. I feel lightheaded and better today.
It’s Wednesday where I am and my smol headache said “you gotta nourish” so now I’m making green tea! i also need to drink electrolytes and himalayan salt in my water ❤️🩹
Yesterday couldn’t get out of bed because of how beaten i felt after Monday treatments.
Drank lots of filtered water and tea along with 2 capsules from the TCM clinic per meal yesterday which was very light coz i just wanted to sleep all day.
Flu like body symptoms from healing but didn’t have flu so kept myself warm and watched a cartoon as i saw the cupping bruises on my back and shoulders.
Spent time with cat before bed, purring as we meditated
Watched Tetris (2023) biographical comedy thriller based on the game and TIL it was called that for tetra . square and the creator liked tennis. What I didn't know was all the other stuff that made that movie / IRL stuff and it's worth a watch!
Also glad there's a new season of Solar Opposites coming up because this is my fave animated series https://www.imdb.com/title/tt8910922/
There's another Knives Out mystery film coming up on Netflix (I also like this film series) so looking forward to Wake Up Dead Man
1-hr. phone catchup with neighbour/ girl friend who moved back to Silicon Valley for work

✨ let silence be a bridge to deeper connection (woke up to this)
Appreciation
1. Painted my nails festive red—love how they pop on the drum head.
2. Photographed without makeup this year; usually just eyeliner or balm.
3. Peaceful little buddha
Bonus: thanking my Meinl Sonic Energy 16” #framedrum with flower of life etched on goatskin—its gold matches the buddha.
🌊 My drum is a companion for healing. I pause and set intention: release, grounding, activation, or stillness. That intention becomes the heartbeat of rhythm.
I listen deeply, echo their state to build trust, then guide toward steadiness. Patterns merge into one wave, inviting the body to relax or open.
Sometimes rhythm crescendos then drops into silence, letting tension dissolve. The quiet after is powerful too.
I hold space for stillness so the body can absorb balance. Drumming isn’t just music—it’s shaping energy with heart and hands, weaving connection and renewal.
#3goodthings in pix: 🎄
1. My fave tree lit tonight 🥰
2. This joy sign 😍
3. Men’s boxers with pizza designs in 🍕 box packaging
Bonus: got furniture today. Pieces coming from Montreal (petite-friendy black desk with drawers) and Surrey, BC (round minimalist lamp, mint green upholstered chairs, soft pink throw pillows with ribbons).
Thankfully free shipping coz the pickup days are varied so glad they can sort it all out for me to receive before xxxmas 🎅🏼

Scrolling can feel heavy sometimes.
So I’m starting a little practice: noticing beauty and sharing it. ✨
It can be anything—music, kindness, art, nature, or even something silly that made you smile.
The point is to spread #goodvibes and remind ourselves the world is more than noise. 🌈
Here are my 3 for today
1. Stash "Christmas in Paris" herbal tea: I love lavender so this has peppermint, lavender, chocolate. The smell is heavenly and I love the taste!
2. Essential oil diffuser: using it RN to add a soothing ambiance to my home, doing grapefruit scent currently
3. Lemon butter couscous: I love couscous but find it very plain so adding herbes de Provence & lemon butter makes it so beautifully flavourful

Things I consider beautiful:
1. art, music, creativity
2. kindness, compassion, positive Psychology
3. helping others, emotional presence, smiles
We scroll through endless feeds of outrage and noise.
But what if beauty trended instead? ✨
History shows beauty isn’t just about looks.
Greece found it in harmony.
Egypt in balance.
The Renaissance in art.
Today we see it in diversity, imperfection, and kindness. 🌸
Beauty is everywhere:
in music that moves us,
in a stranger’s gesture,
in a cat being gloriously weird. 🎶🐾
Sharing these sparks lifts our mood.
It spreads #goodvibes.
It builds community.
It reminds us the world is more than chaos. 🌈
Imagine scrolling a feed full of laughter, art, kindness, and small moments of joy.
That’s why I’m starting #BlissCheckin #SharedBeauty #BeautifulThings.
Post one spark of beauty—big or small—and tag it.
Together we can make timelines feel like sunshine. ☀️💃

#BlissCheckin palm-size watermelon at the Korean grocery made me smile.
Best for single-person households coz (unless you make it into a smoothie) an entire normal size watermelon is too big (that’s what she said) 😏
cf. how to do a Bliss journal entry. It can be text only or a pic or video added, your choice!
Hi, I’m Crissy Bliss Addams 💘
I build soft, sexy spaces online where care is real and pleasure is sacred.
Let’s talk about joy. Let’s talk about bodies. Let’s talk about Bliss.
📓 The Bliss Journal
A daily check-in for your pleasure, presence, and power.
This journal helps you notice what feels good, alone or with others. It’s not about goals. It’s about feeling more alive!
💫 Try these prompts:
What felt good today? (touch, taste, mood, moment)
Where did I feel most alive in my body?
What did I want but didn’t do?
What boundary felt good to hold?
What surprised me about my pleasure?
Write, draw, voice note, emoji: your way is the right way!
🔁 Weekly Check-In Ritual
Every Sunday, I’ll post a reflection thread. You can share your Bliss Journal wins, surprises, or questions.
Use the hashtag #BlissCheckin to join in.
Optional: Tag me so i can read / see your posts
Let’s build a #pleasurepositive space together xoxo
