I remember when I used the feedback mechanism built into the Slack app on macOS to submit a bug report, and someone from Slack got back to be promptly to acknowledge the problem and ask for some more detail. Then the bug was fixed a few days later. This was many years ago.
Today, I can't even find the feedback feature in the Slack app. It's easy to blame Salesforce for this—and I do, because it's also probably correct. (That, and the usual transition from "scrappy startup" to "big company.")
@siracusa I imagine the quantity and quality of feedback are inversely proportionate. In the beginning you have scrappy users who write good reports with valuable information. These days it would probably be 1,000/sec of MY BOSS SAYS I NEED TO JOIN THE #corp-bullshit CHANNEL BUT I DON'T SEE IT PLZ HLP.
