Fyi that's why I built mastox.eu to mirror X accounts of public person and institutions that are not (yet mastoinnocent) on the fediverse: this allows others to come here without losing those informations.

@benjamin ok, so this interests me. And I think it is a great way to get people over to the fediverse.
But it does bring up a problem I have, and I'm techy enough to figure it out. But I run into this problem "If your account is hosted on a different server, you will not be able to log in here." and I scratch my head. How is the fediverse easy to use if you end up creating accounts on different servers?
We need a SNS. My answer is a DNS for social names. Social Name Server. #SNS. Agree?
