Stumbled upon two new vegan products from the Danish brand Naturli': smoked salmon and shrimp. The shrimp are a bit chewier than I remember shrimp being, but otherwise both are pretty great!
It’s a shame a lot of these products don’t seem to sell very well around here. People should give them a chance.

I rarely am looking for a vegan restaurant. I am looking to evaluate plant-based options at the restaurants my carnivore husband and friends want me to join them at.
Unfortunately, Happy Cow—the leading vegan/vegetarian restaurant review app—maintains an extremist requirement that restaurants have at least 1 vegan option, regardless if it has many tasty vegetarian options. 🙄
