For me, it's #naturism. Whether I'm soaking up the sun at Wreck Beach (Vancouver summers) or just walking around (year round) my place, taking clothes off is a total mental reset.

It's not just physical freedom; it's a huge boost for mental health. Think of it as:

1. Self-Acceptance: Seeing yourself exactly as you are, no armor needed

2. System Integrity: Resetting the whole human system. That feeling of wind on your skin is the highest VIBE check that everything is running clean

3. Presence > Performance: When you're totally unbound, you're forced to be 100% here

This practice builds an inner foundation of Love for the self that makes everything else easier.

RE: humans...specifically body and mind
I was even more amazed when I studied kinesiology in college. Seeing how the body moves and adapts was incredible.

And with my psychology major too, I realized how the mind and body are always linked, even when things don’t work perfectly.

That’s also why I’m into #naturism. form is just beautiful — especially fit, athletic bodies. For me it’s not only about function, but also about enjoying the body as something natural and alive.

TLDR: Nudity is inherently nonsexual.

Think about it: we are ALL born naked.

Then you realize the whole concept of "indecency" is a social construct used for control.
