I'm reading Out of the Abyss to run it for players who want some Underdark.

On p. 21, it mentions "rolling on the Short-Term Madness, Long-Term Madness, or Indefinite Madness table in the Dungeon Master's Guide". The supposedly-compatible 2024 DMG does not appear to contain these tables.
