5 years ago today, Star Trek: Discovery season 3 premiered with the episode "That Hope Is You, Part 1." It had been almost a year and a half since Star Trek: Discovery's amazing season 2 finale. Season 3 brought new characters, and new challenges for the crew of Discovery.
