To save everyone else the work, I've located the original. It's from Adobe Stock, by someone known only as "dantada", and tagged 2006, which is presumably the year when it was taken.

Amusingly, the stock image is a fair way down the #NewYorkPost article. The generated montage has skipped over some images of already pedestrianized school roads, 14th Street buses, and suchlike.

As a #medical professional and former #EMT this is gravely concerning. #Portland #ICE agents threatened to shoot and arrest #paramedics trying to leave the ICE facility with a patient. Agents intentionally stood in front of the #ambulance preventing departure. When the #paramedic put the ambulance in park and released the brake, it lurched forward an inch. Federal agents stormed the ambulance screaming at the crew. In addition to the verbal #threats, an unmarked state vehicle followed the ambulance to the #hospital.

ICE is now #aggressive to medical professionals. There is no going back once crossing this line. It's not a mistake and it's unforgivable. You don't fucking do this.

They have officially earned my wrath.
