Today's Mathtober prompt is "Wheel", which reminded me of a color wheel. So I went with a ring of penguins in rainbow colors for today's drawing.

I liked how it turned out, so I drew a few on watercolor paper. I might put these in my online shop: ArtAtomic.io.

As usual, I've shared it for my supporters on Patreon and Ko-fi:

Today's Mathtober prompt is "Faithful", which apparently means "equal" in mathematics. I had to look it up. So, I'm going with two sets of fish for today's #inkyDays drawing.

I also finally finished a big piece that I've been working on for the last few months. Feels fantastic to finish it at last!

Today's Mathtober prompt is "Chord". Instead of the musical definition, I'm going with mathematical, which is roughly a line between two points on a circle. In my #inkyDays drawing, I'm adding a new circle at one point of the last chord and adding a new chord to the new circle, forming what looks like a string of beads.

Apparently it is a day for sharing polyhedra. Here’s something I just made in my introductory jewelry class #mathtober

A small dodecahedron (“d12”) made of copper sheet cut into pentagons about 0.5” wide and then soldered with silver solder. The soldering is not very good: it ran all over the faces instead of staying in the joints, but I have learned some things since making it…
