Sunday afternoon/early evening run
A lovely day, but oh how fast it becomes dark at this time of year.
22k, 1/3 track and 2/3 road. On a last descent I managed to bash something and now home and relaxing I suspect that tomorrow is going to be rather quieter than the dug would like. Memo to self - ‘don't come down that way in a hurry!’ Reply ‘sorry, i’ts just too much fun’. Knee ‘bloody amateur’.
