What's next The second TRO (which pauses the deployment of any state's National Guard to Oregon) is still in place for now - though the government soon will ask the district court to dissolve that TRO, given the Ninth Circuit's ruling. We will oppose the government's motion to dissolve the second TRO. Oregon also joins Judge Graber in urging the full Ninth Circuit to "act swiftly" en banc "to vacate the majority's order before the illegal deployment of troops under false pretenses can occur."
