Oh, there's something like #portfolioDay ! Okay, so, I'm an #author, #podcast host and data privacy expert with a strong focus on #ITsecurity awareness. I write #nonfiction, crime and #scifi in German and English. The last two years I mainly spent with making #books and podcasts for others, like the lovely Eltville #WeinSchreibereien anthology and podcast.
One of the things I published in the last two years is the utopian #novella "2042 – The Forbidden Library". It was funded by the Call for Stories of the CCC e.V. in Germany. Reworking my #introduction
I am an independent scholar of various humanities. I am often distracted from those studies by writing poetry. I have lived with disability my entire adult life. I spent the majority of my life below the poverty line. I earned a master's as an adult to escape, but barely an inch.
I am big believer in community driven intra-degrowth, that is, degrowth that is more concerned with the immediate area, with each community doing the same. Degrowth is that feminist, anti-violence learning, care driven, open access anti-intellectual leader, and it is only anti-utopianism that we can find a truer utopia.
There are more and more drifting towards an idea of holistic and mutually beneficial progress and in that there is hope. Open stewardship of open, shared education is the only way to assure if progress comes in the form of open access and anti-thought leaders, more individuals will be better able to maintain that progress.

A lot of #solarpunk visions might seem sterile because they show a #utopia already realized, but with no trace of the struggle, no cultural shifts arising from the period of change.
If I was to imagine a stabilized, sustainable Solarpunk world it would seem very alien and unintuitive to us.
It's because it's not a technological change that's needed - but a cultural one.
Things we already can do but can't perceive or describe them as viable.

Une vision intéressante à refiler aux dubitatifs qui disent « mis à part le capitalisme, il y a quoi ? ». Au final sous le nom d’écosocialisme il parle de décroissance sans (trop) en mentionner le nom.
Il y aura certainement à critiquer dans les détails, peut-être un point de vue américain qui parle de services publics et de transports en commun comme un idéal utopique et pas comme une réalité pour des millions de gens dans le monde entier.
