I wanted to do a #GratefulForYou for my favorite timelooping SFF author @Taweret
They host both #Monsterdon (which is doing 80's movies this month, polls return in November) and started a lovely Buddhist Bookclub #MastoDharma in which we are currently making our way through the Lotus Sutra.
When you ask why people stay on Mastodon if you can't idk find Shatner or something1 it's because people like her create community. Giving people REASONS to stay.

#gratefulforyou post today goes to @jaz . Jaz has given everything to make the #opensocialweb a safe and trusted place. He's created multiple tools to help all of us. And most don't even know he exists. Until my first #FediForum I didn't. And yet, he's still there in the background fighting to protect us all. I'm going to be talking with him on Fireside Fedi today, but I want Jaz to know, I really am grateful for all you've done.
