On the Monday edition of his show, Kimmel said: “We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang trying to characterize this kid who killed Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them." Federal Communications Commission chair Brendan Carr threatened to take action against the network over this, after which Nexstar, one of the biggest owners of local TV stations in the country, said it would replace the series for the immediate future. This is how politics work. The assassin's family is strongly MAGA but the have to arrest somebody. That said, since there was clearly premeditation with a clear motive the appropriate charge would be Muder in the First. Aggravated Murder is not a capitol offense. He gets life with possible parole at the most. If he were hard Left they would seek Murder 1 and a death sentence would gauranteed. #crime #assasination #charliekirk #politics #spin
