Are there any user documentations on how the hashtag bar works? I.e. how placing hashtags at the end of a posts create an expandable bar at the end of the post and also how hashtags with certain characters like #å in #blåhaj will normalized to ascii and placed there.

The #JoinMastodon doc on https://docs.joinmastodon.org/user/posting/#hashtags doesn't mention this.

A denim stuffed shark on a wooden table. The body of the shark is dark blue denim, and the tummy is light blue. The eyes and gills are embroidered with gold jeans top-stitching thread, which has also been used to edge-stitch on the fins.

The same shark on its side. Now you can see the light blue belly better, and the mouth, which has teeth made of pocket lining. The part of the mouth that would be pink on an IKEA Blahaj is made of grey denim.
