What a day, definitely a good news and bad news kinda situation.
First the bad news is my ex today filed a THIRD round of false allegations in civil court. They seem to be avoiding actually going to family court for some reason.
So we'll have yet another hearing now on November 6th. I still have not been able to see my daughter for months.

This entire situation is absurd and even the judges know it. This is the first ruling regarding my ex's false claims.
The problem with the court, even when you win, is that the state makes no effort to repair the damage:
- $15k in legal costs and debt
- Being separated from my 1yo daughter for 80+ days
- Losing my housing immediately
- Friends & Family Receiving death threats from my ex's friends
- My ex constantly spreading false and unspecified accusations of "DV"
I've found several great housing situations but need some help getting initial deposit or rent together before next week!

Children have a right to be loved by both of their parents! Alienating a child simply because a relationship didn't workout is a heart breaking thing to do to a child.
Thankfully there IS legal recourse, only problem is I need to spend even more money on lawyers to hold my ex accontable.
With the support of my community we can make sure my daughter is raised with a loving father in her life!

Despite being found innocent I still have over $6k in outstanding legal debt, more bills coming and became housing insecure as a result. 😭
I'm thankful to have had significant support to be able to defend myself from these false accusations but it's sadly not over yet.
