This my first Rust Egui desktop application. It allows to enter menu data and generates PDF output with typst-to-lib.

The program ships as a single executable file. It saves the data as a plain-text INI-file. The PDF shows the same data with different layouts over several pages.

Its build to spec for my wife and will be used at her workplace.

Typesetter is a nice offline Typst editor with automatic preview. It runs on Linux and comes with Typst built-in, so it's not necessary to also install the compiler.

I'm currently refreshing my website and porting it over to Typst. I've been waiting to do this for a year or so -- ever since I discovered Typst, fell in love with it, and found out HTML export was planned. I spent today playing with the (still experimental) HTML export, and it's already so good. As a person eternally searching for "nice things", Typst has hit that target beautifully. Every time I use it I notice how it is just made well.

J'adore la fonction #lorem(N) qui produit N mots de blabla (quand on n'a pas d'idées).

My app, Typesetter, is now available on Flathub! It's a local-first editor for Typst (a markup language combining the simplicity of Markdown with the power of LaTeX), featuring a minimal interface, live preview, and click-to-jump between source and preview.
