A video recorded from the game No Man's Sky in VR (first-person perspective with a greater-than-normal field-of-view). I am in a rugged-looking space ship surrounded by glowing white outside the ship. Ahead is a docking area with ships and other users indicated on my HUD (sidenote: this space station is called The Anomaly). The space ship is not moving, which is unusual for this sequence in the game, it normally docks automatically for you. I exit the captain's chair and walk to the back of the ship that has a hatch open showing more glowing white outside. I get back in the captain's chair and accelerate towards the docking area. Unexpectedly, the ship bounces off of an invisible barrier, which is also not normal for this sequence. I try again and bounce off the barrier again. I exit the way I came in and eventually return to what appears to be "normal space". I turn around and view where I came from and instead of a space station I see the geometric shapes that make up that sequence, but viewed from the outside (unlike what usually happens). I accelerate away and summon the space station(The Anomaly) again, which appears. I enter it and the expected docking sequence is shown -- I am unable to control the ship like normal and it begins to land in the space station as expected, however the video ends before fully landing.
