Amazing how the update process of this "OS" has barely changed since #Windows95.
Does anyone still remember "FURY 3" ? As one of the earliest titles for Windows 95, it was used extensively in Microsoft's advertising campaign for the system. The game is actually fairly simple and runs smoothly even within an 86Box VM!

Time to have fun! Windows 95 PLUS! adds some much needed colours to Windows 95. And "3D Pinball - Space Cadet" and "Microsoft Hover!" provide a bit of leisure time. Oh, well... it's something. 😜

After 30 years, I guess it's finally time for me to accept Windows 95 into the ranks of "retro" operating systems. I just added a new 86Box VM... A decent 80486DX4 with 100MHz, 16MB RAM and 1.2GB HDD should be more than enough to start with.
This makes me feel a bit old... 😉

I just used this Windows 95 VM to install Office 95. Unfortunately, it doesn't have "Clippy" yet. I think he was introduced with "Office 97". Sad retro noises....
