Let's do this.
@TechConnectify US #solarpanel prices are absurd:
🇺🇸 A palette of 36 no-name panels is 5.600 USD or 4.724,16 EUR in the United States.
🇩🇪 You get a similar palette of 36 500 Wp panels in Germany for 2.423,90 USD or 2.044 EUR that’s half the price!

#China confirms #solarpanel projects are irreversibly changing #desert #ecosystems
A team studying one of the largest #photovoltaic parks in China, the Gonghe project in the Talatan Desert, found a striking difference between what was happening under the panels and what lay just beyond. Environment beneath the panels was noticeably healthier. The reasons track with physics: shade cools the surface and slows evaporation, letting scarce soil moisture linger longer.

50% #recycled glass #solarpanel performs like brand new
#Solar panel recycler #SOLARCYCLE and Arizona State University proved solar panels made with recycled glass work just as well as new.
With Arizona State’s Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering, solar recycling company created prototype solar panel – called a “mini module”– using 50% recycled glass pulled from end-of-life solar panels. The mini module matched the performance of panels made entirely with new materials.
