A gorgeous looking Kākā (Nestor meridionalis) spotted at Milford Sound / Piopiotahi on 27 Dec 2025. An endangered bird endemic to New Zealand, and one I wasn't expecting to see. It stayed on the branch to feed, giving lots of shooting opportunities.

Ich frag für meine #Oma

A Greater Racket-tailed Drongo (Dicrurus paradiseus) spotted at Mount Faber Park, Singapore on 16 Feb 2025. Always good to see these birds in the forest, especially those that still have those distinctive long tail feathers.
