CSO-3 completes a system of 3 satellites military earth observation satellites.
It weighs 3.5 tons and will be orbitting at an altitude of 800km.
The satellite claims unparalleled image quality, infrared capabilities for night imagery and stereoscopic images (3D).
I think we can fairly accurately predict where it will be initially tasked to get images from.
