Just leaving the scene of yet another neighbor being taken today. Delivering food to a neighbor, stopped, surrounded by multiple agencies of law enforcement and arrested. no pretext.
When law enforcement are taking away members of our community without probable cause, based only what they look like, it’s clear that what’s happening in DC right now this is deeply un-American and unconstitutional.
This federal occupation is not about safety — it’s about cruelty. It’s not about protecting families — it’s about tearing them apart. #FreeDC

A bunch of veterans ran off #ICE at Union Station, and then educated the #NationalGuard about their right and duty to refuse illegal orders. Now there is also no National Guard presence at the station. These #veterans say they will continue their sit ins across the city until all federal forces are out of #WashingtonDC.
The grand jury refused to indict The Sandwich Guy who had been charged with a felony for throwing a sandwich into a group of federal officers in DC!
He's become the symbol of resistance in DC, and here he is, tossing a sandwich and hitting Steven Miller. This is in the Howard University neighborhood.
