DC is flooded with protesters daily, the result of months of hard work by organizers with no national help. Today they wrapped the White house perimeter in crime scene tape.

Like the #Epstein files themselves, the Epstein-Trump protest statue is BACK, BABY!
Park Police illegally removed it early on, though it was legally placed on the National Mall with a permit that was still valid. They broke a piece off, too.
BUT it got restored to the mall intact. Now it's outside Busboys and Poets Books in #WashingtonDC

Love seeing the pictures of the #NoKings crowds. What would make me even happier is to know that each of those people is plugged into activist communities that will keep on building power and relationships every day, not just today. The people I've met through #FreeDC are the true silver lining of the dark cloud that is this Trump administration. It's not a sacrifice to spend my time with them - I enjoy it. I want that same feeling of purpose and connection for everyone who protested today.
