At BT Free we're attempting to create a Non-Profit organization that can run social web (aka Fediverse) platforms to allow people that do not want to run their own software to still be able to take advantage of digital privacy. We are advocates for the social web and we will leverage out platform to easily and quickly on board people on to the social web. I know PixelFed exists but it's all just text and video and images at the end of the day - so what if the Mastodon interface just looked like Instagram and then you could sign in using your existing Mastodon account... a concept:
