Judge Declines to Stop #NationalGuard Troops From Deploying in #Illinois, for Now
Illinois officials had sought to block the deployment as 200 National Guard troops from #Texas headed to #Chicago. Gov #JBPritzker called the mobilization “an #unconstitutional #invasion.”
She set a hearing for the issue on Thursday. Troops from Texas are on their way, according to a #military official.
