a cropped screenshot of the OP’s photo above it’s a roll of rectangular orange stickers that say “FOR RECTAL USE ONLY” and each sticker has a line drawing of a pair of shorts seen from the rear (heh), with a pocket on each cheek and a crease separating each leg of the shorts to me, each pair of shorts looked like a face – so I added googly eyes to each pocket so they now look even more like faces, but just a little deranged
