Those that own the media control the propaganda. If you have the money you buy up media from TV to newspapers. Then you can select what is shown. Walter Lippmann hinted at this, Ellul also talked about this and Chomsky of course has seen it happen. If you want to start shoving faux news at people and you have the money you own the media. Also make sure any publicly owned media is defunded. Must control the media.
