There is a lot of pause in #flow. I worry that, when I write about flow, it is immediately taken with a capitalist lens of, “This means no more blocks for me; I get more #productivity.”
When I sit with a problem, and stare out the window at the rain, I'm in flow. Nothing appears to be moving, but flow isn't always about movement.
Flow is bottom-up, not top-down. A holding of space for sense making to emerge. An allowing for self-organisation and, from there, clarity: Action, non-action.
