1. if it fails - we get a major economic crash (on top of #economic #crises triggered by #climatechange #war #debt etc.)
2. if it succeeds - we get a major loss of #jobs
Both invariably lead to #social #instability which takes decades to unwind (if at all)
No one is trying to get ahead of either outcome.
