Do any #uk #phd grads who were on student #visas know when their degree is "complete" such that they can apply for a 3 year graduate visa? I am finding it hard to find companies that want to hire me given the restriction of only being able to work 20 hours a week but the requirement (per https://www.gov.uk/graduate-visa) that "your education provider (such as your university or college) has told the Home Office you’ve successfully completed your course" is vague.
