🐘 Forced Audit: The Kindness Protocol
2 years of intense chaos—personally and professionally (especially stepping into the founder role this year)—forced me to audit my entire system. I realized the old tech I was using to 'fix' my life was faulty.
I used to debug with judgment and self-blame. It's an exhausting, old technology. My new protocol is live: Kindness is the Best Technology.
Kindness saves the energy that blame wastes, making you instantly more resilient.

My personal system crashed hard last year. I was "debugging with judgment"—using blame and self-criticism to fix mistakes. It’s an exhausting, old technology.
I realized: Judgment is technically faulty. It drains your energy and slows down the fix.
My new protocol is live: Kindness is the Best Technology.
It’s the most efficient tool for restoring integrity. Kindness saves the energy that blame wastes, making you instantly more resilient and ready to build.

My wife started “formally” testing my new app, recording everything as she goes. She only spent an hour on it today but raised more than 10 issues/observations on the settings screen alone 😬

I’ve nearly finished the code for the onboarding flow on the new app. Will just need to add some images to it once I’ve got them and then all that remains will be bug fixes and the paywall. Although I’m sure I said something similar weeks ago 🤔
