Does anyone have a copy of MOJO Magazine, March 2004, that they could check for the picture at the start of the thread?

Internet Archive hasn't been much help here, and the only place this specific image seems to exist online is on a TV Tropes page...so I have no real way to verify the source of this image.

The closest lead I have is a blog post, quoting a MOJO piece from their March 2004 issue. (linked and quoted; previous in thread)

In 2006, the late Dick Cheney accidentally shot his pal Harry Whittington in the face while in Texas. The following year, Texas Monthly produced its award-winning "Bum Steers" cover, which was inspired by National Lampoon and featured a photo illustration of Cheney pointing a gun toward the camera, with the caption: “If You Don’t Buy This Magazine, Dick Cheney Will Shoot You in the Face.” Then-editor Evan Smith explains how it all came together.
