Most of that tech has not been AI and so, for the most part, AI has not created that context. But it is the context in which AI sits and it is now actively accelerating that trajectory
@urlyman I hear and appreciate your concern about #Acceleration. I am not an accelerationist like #PeterThiel. I don't deny that tech and change is accelerating and creating conditions that have the potential to be damaging. Again, I am reminded of #FutureShock by #AlvinToffler It's an oldie but a goodie.
