Extraktion als auch neuartige Mittel der #Manipulation und Verhaltenslenkung ermöglichen. KI ist daher wesentlich eine Technologle zur Ansammlung, Sicherung und Ausübung von Macht und Kontrolle. Ohne staatliche Regulierung eignet sich diese Machttechnologie ideal für autoritäre oder gar faschistische Zwecke.
