Done with my turtle tile blanket for Desert Bus For Hope! The regular edges make measuring a bit weird, but it's about 56" by about 60", erring towards a little larger than that.
Now to get this thing in the mail before I fly out of the country!

Today’s #FinishOrFrogAlong Q&A - yesterday’s poll revealed many people get stuck finishing projects for reasons from ADHD to shiny object syndrome, from putting it aside and forgetting about it to reaching a challenging part and needing a break. What works for you to overcome these blockers? What tips do you have for your fellow crafters?

Overcoming Blockers #FinishOrFrogAlong Q&A
To be honest, I’m not all that good at overcoming my blockers which is why I have such a long WIP list 👻 but here are a few things I do.
(1) Track my projects - I keep a list of my WIPs and their locations. I review that list every so often (a minimum of once a year, before Finish Or Frog Along!) which helps prompt my memory and decide whether I want to pick one up again or frog it or just let it keep hibernating. (1/4)

Today’s #FinishOrFrogAlong Q&A - tell us a story about a project you gave up on or that you refuse to give up on! I shared my temperature blanket photos earlier

I'm dreading a second sleeve for the first time. It's knit in pieces with zero decreases and a lot of stitches. #finishorfrogalong #knitting @span knitting
Today's #FinishOrFrogAlong Q&A: as we near the end of our week focused on frogging or scrapping projects - many people get stuck in the “sunk cost” trap and don’t want to give up on time and materials already invested in a project. What tips do you to help people let go? What’s worked for you to help you decide it’s time to scrap a project and move on?

I made a hexiflat for my Beekeeper’s Quilt while waiting at the airport for my flight. This project will consist of many many hexiflats in the end so this is not an FO by any stretch of the imagination. That said, I did count them last year during #FinishOrFrogAlong to encourage myself to push through and make more.
Also I recently decided that for spinning projects I will target making at a minimum enough for a hexiflat, even if I think I am not liking the yarn.

My hubby (an avid knitter) encouraged me to post the quilt I FINALLY FINISHED after apparently 3 years. I started in fall 2022, and I think I actually took it in to have quilted in 2023? And then it sat for 2 years waiting for me to bind it. And since I declared 2025 the year of finishing, this was high on my list! So here it is! I need to hand stitch a few tiny parts, but otherwise it's finished. Yay me!

Frogged!
I inherited a bunch of Really Old Wool (tm) and these knitted squares were inside one of the bags. There were enough to make a stretchy-ish cover for my pleather footstool that is disintegrating. But … the colours are not me. And it’s kinda uncomfortable under swelly crampy calves. So … #finishorfrogalong, number 4* now frogged.
I’ll wrap the balls in crappy overlock thread and learn to do temari. ‘Cos, you know, I really need another fiber hobby 😁
(Number three, also finished today, is a secret, but it’s been on my to-do pile for a long time).

About a week into #FinishOrFrogAlong - today’s Q&A is a check-in. How are you doing? What are you doing? Have you been crafting? Finishing? Starting new projects? Taking a break? Feeling stressed or relaxed? How can we help?
