Apparently availability is varying a bit by state, but CVS Pharmacies in WA appear to be booking vaccination appointments for the '25-'26 COVID-19 shot. Their list of "Conditions that put you at a higher risk" is pretty extensive, and I am personally not waiting for official CDC approval given the current state of that organization.
