NeRDS is "Een set standaarden, richtlijnen en praktische hulpmiddelen voor het verantwoord ontwikkelen, inkopen en gebruiken van digitale systemen binnen de Nederlandse overheid."
Oftewel, het mikt er op een handzame gids te worden voor het bouwen van goede software binnen de overheid.

First up, Head: Data Science
As Data Science at the City of #CapeTown, our USP is that we have no shortage of really interesting, challenging problems across many domains. We work in cross functional teams, and as a Head, you would be leading these teams. You would also look after the people management of our data scientists and analysts.
We're really keen to mature our #MLOps capability, so production ML/AI experience a big plus!

We've been heavily influenced by people like @richardjpope, @pahlkadot, the #GDS, etc. - not having #ProductManagers is why a lot of #govtech doesn't work. We're fixing that by hiring the right people.
We understand good product management to be about making sure that we're building what is needed. This is hard with #data, where there is so much hype and misunderstanding! Come help us do better
