Main reasons for my agreeing to moderate was a) so that I could actually enter the otherwise FULL DNS dev room, and b) to ask Daniel for a curl sticker.
Anyway, I had a fun time, and guess what I returned home without?! #trueStory

So 2023 we saw 3 like these in the backyard, they climbed up the tree to peek at our balcony.
2024, saw just one when i was walking my cat. S/he stayed away (for their own protection).
Didn’t see any trash pandas in 2025.
Today these 3 were in front of my door when I opened it. Here’s family filming and telling them to go back coz people with dogs climb up and down these stairs.

The fight was real: she even caused a global scandal by publishing nude paparazzi photos of Jackie Kennedy Onassis. She was a defiant queen who refused to fail.
A must-watch if you love true stories about women who challenge the rules.

You know about hobo signs? The pictographs that itinerant workers would mark on trees or fences to inform each other about the reception they could expect from locals? (pre-internet yelp, if you will). Signs included “kind lady lives here” and “man with gun lives here”.
TIL that the “kind lady” sign was a stick-drawing of a cat. This got me thinking.
I scrobbled through the history buffer on my driveway camera. Just as i thought, here is my cat scratching a mark on the gatepost. Later, and again here and there are other cats inspecting the mark. No wonder so many lost kittens turn up on my son’s windowsill.
